The Otter has been in the hands of the same family for over 20 years. We have an excellent reputation for our food and service and we are searching for the right person to take our offering to the next level.
Working in a small kitchen team with 1-2 other members you will willingly contribute towards every aspect of kitchen life with the view to developing into the Head Chef role.
Because we are not branded as well as a menu there are specials boards giving you a great degree of creativity, We would also be encouraging development to our dessert range and a possible creation of a Unique Selling Point.
Hours of food service are MON- SAT 12-2.30pm & 6-9.30PM SUNDAY 12-8PM
35-40 hours per week over 5 days, with some degree of shift flexibility
1 weekend off in 3
