We have a great opportunity for a strong multi-site Unit Manager looking for their first Group Manager role to work across one of our large food retailers.
This is an exciting chance for a strong Unit Manager to move into a Group Manager role to oversee the Head Office and Distribution Centres of a busy Retailer. There are 10 sites spanning from Bristol to Stoke with dedicated managers in each of the sites.Package description

As Group Manager you will support the Regional Manager in overseeing all catering services within ten sites which include staff restaurants and vending within two Head Offices and eight distribution centres which serve colleagues every day across 4 shifts. The sites are based in between Bristol and Stoke with a large presence in the midlands therefore you will need to live within close proximately to this area. As Group Manager you will be involved in ensuring compliance across all areas, have P&L responsibility as well as support in growing the business.

- Previous experience within a Catering/Retail Management role
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and managing a large team over multiple sites
- The ability to work on your own initiative
- Experience of developing and upskilling your team
- Strong financial and P&L ability
