We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Finance Manager to join Restaurant Associates based onsite supporting our restaurants and bars at Tower 42.

Main responsibilities

As an Assistant Finance Manager supporting City Social, Vertigo and Temple & Sons you will report in to the Sector Finance Manager and the General Manager onsite to provide financial support that seeks to drive forward our commercial capabilities.  Supervising the Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for cost control, ensuring that all costs are in the right places at the right periods with the right processes in place to support. Additionally, you will be responsible for weekly book work close and weekly reporting and supporting with monthly close.

Ideal candidate

To fit in with us, and for us to be right for you, you will have experience in a transactional role with demonstrable experience of conducting  P&L reviews and sign off, weekly reporting and cash handling; this experience will have been gained in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You will have a high level of attention to detail with the ability to spot trends and errors. System savvy, you will be in intermediate user of Microsoft Excel. You will have the ability to clearly communicate with stakeholders ensuring that they are kept up to date with relevant issues and ensure your findings are communicated clearly.
