Commis / Sous chef
We are currently looking for a talented, energetic and passionate cook with an immediate start to join our already long term team. we require this individual to be well presented and have the same drive and passion as we do for food. you will be required to work a five day week with two consecutive days off. We provide lunch and offer a staff discount should you use our facilities during your down time. All of our cooks have input into new dishes/menus and all our menus are produced seasonal using local suppliers and quality ingredients.
A bonus within our company is we let all of our staff have Christmas day off as we believe this should be quality time spent with family and friends.
