We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Chef De Partie to join our highly motivated and focused Kitchen Brigade, who produce outstanding food using the finest and freshest Ingredients at this prestigious contract.

You must be able to take direction from more senior members of the kitchen brigade, have a passion for cooking and want to continually develop your skills.

You will assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen and be responsible for stock taking and looking after HACCAP.

  • Have past experience in 5 star hotels, rosette restaurants or blue chip corporate units
  • Be up to date with the latest cooking trends and have sound knowledge of classic cooking techniques
  • Extremely passionate about food and customer service and team-player
  • Able to guide, encourage and support Commis Chefs
  • Have good butchery and fish skills
  • Food Hygiene Certificate
  • City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
