We are looking for a talented and experience Pastry CDP to join our highly motivated kitchen brigade. The successful candidate will be producing the highest standard of food production within the pastry/bakery section. You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have a serious passion for pastry.

Main responsibilities
  • Producing the highest standard of pastries,including scones, artisan cakes and muffins
  • Maintain the health and safety within the kitchen
  • Working in a high volume environment
Ideal candidate
  • NVQ level 1&2 qualification in patisserie and confectionery
  • Have excellent culinary skills with an attention to detail
  • A creative thinker with sound knowledge of modern techniques
  • Quality driven
  • A team player with experience of supervising a team within a similar environment
  • Self motivated with the ability to work in a high volume, pressurised environment
  • Have sound knowledge of hygiene, health and safety requirements
  • Computer literate
