We are looking for a supervisor with a 'Can-do' attitude, who is successful through the team and has a passion for food and service quality.

Main responsibilities

To supervise, co-ordinate, motivate, train and work with your team to provide a quality service. Setting an example on attitude and correct language

To be on weekend call cover 1 weekend in 2 or as needed

To ensure that all duties are carried out in line with required standards.

The planning and production of duty rosters ensuring effective and economic deployment of the team.

To develop and maintain a customer focused team who are highly motivated and professional. Ensuring that customer complaints are promptly dealt with, and action taken to prevent reoccurrence.

To develop good lines of communications and relationships at all levels within your team and with other colleagues, NHS staff and patients.

 To perform any duties as requested by the Line Manager/Site Manager appropriate to the needs of the Hospital.

  • You will need to work well as part of a team
  • Be friendly and have a positive 'Can-do' attitude
  • Communication and good conduct are key to working effectively
  • Standards driven with a hands on management style
  • Self motivated and able to work in a busy environment
  • Computer literate
  • Good command of the English Language
