Sous Chef - Surrey
Our client is looking for a sous chef to work within this very prestigious Private Members Club.
You will be working within a team of 15 chefs catering for a brasserie restaurant to a three rosette level. providing traditional British cuisine .
Your main role as the sous chef will be looking working all sections and working closely with the head chef and also the two other sous chefs that run this restaurant
40 hour contract , 8am-4pm day shifts, 12 Noon- 10pm evening shift. Whilst mainly working 5 days out of 7.
Starting salary is £30k and bonus and overtime is available
Sous Chef Requirements:
Ideally you should have a fine dining restaurant / Hotel background at least to a junior sous chef level.
Have experience of working on all sections.
