We are looking for a talented, Sous Chef to join our dedicated catering team. Who produce outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients, at one of our prestigious contracts in London for Statoil.

Main responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all kitchens and surrounding working areas, supervise the delivery of the food service provision required utilising all available resources effectively and efficiently ensuring that all meals are provided to the required high quality standards

Ideal candidate

Now what we are looking for in applications to be one of our Sous Chef, will be to have excellent culinary skills with an attention to detail, a team player with experience of supervising a team within a similar environment be qualified to NVQ level 2 in food preparation and cooking or equivalent and be quality driven
