We currently have a vacancy for a Meeting Rooms and Events Assistant to join our team. This is a part time role with the potential to become full time, based in Hammersmith W6.

 

 

Main responsibilities
  • To maintain highest customer service, be client focused and be able to deal with enquiries in a proactive and efficient manner, ensuring client satisfaction at all times
  • To establish and build strong relationships with PA’s and all clients at all times
  • Event coordination and set up, including liaising with the clients and external contractors
  • To attend any work-related trainings when necessary
  • Deal with any complaints or comments and escalate immediately to line management
  • Participate and support any Health & Safety activities and report any issues to your line manager
  • Perform daily meeting room checks and report any necessary actions
  • Working hours between 8:30am – 1:30pm, Monday to Friday
Ideal candidate
  • Previous experience in reception service or office administration service.
  • You will demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer request and strive to exceed customer expectations
  • Always attempt to improve on existing standards of work
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office pack
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills to be able to liaise with management team members, colleagues and clients within your work environment
  • Personable and well presented
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  •  Be able to work on your own initiative
  • Excellent spoken and written English
