Are you a driven and proactive HR Administrator who loves variety and thrives on juggling a demanding workload within a fast paced office environment? If so, this amazing career opportunity to work as part of the busy and professional HR Team at Compass Group, contract in Kings Collage Hospital.

Main responsibilities
Reporting to HR Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for all internal customers and colleagues with HR queries, and be responsible for a wide variety of tasks with duties to include, but not be limited to:

    Preparing contractual documents and ensuring all employment checks are undertaken
    Keeping HR systems up to date, ensuring all information is accurate
    Supporting HR Manager and with employee relations matters including taking notes

Ideal candidate
Proven experience working within HR administration and ideally have completed CIPD level 3

Self-starter with excellent organisational skills

Ability to work under pressure

You'll be competent with MS Office, experienced in administration with great attention to detail

Great interpersonal skills, a flexible approach, and be a reliable and real team player

Working in a fast pace team environment you will need to be a team player and highly proactive.

To be successful for this position, you must have worked within a HR environment previously.
