Up to £23,000 per annum

To work 5 out of 7 days, in line with business needs

Main responsibilities

Levy Restaurants, (who are part of the prestigious, Compass Group), have an exciting new role for a Chef de Partie to join our team.

This role would suit a Chef de Partie who is passionate, driven and a team player. As Chef de Partie you will prepare, cook and present food for both Day Visitor restaurants, mobile food outlets and Conference & Events to the highest standards in a clean, tidy, safe and pleasant environment. You will deputise for the Sous Chef in their absence and be accountable for the food offer from purchase, production to customer feedback

Ideal candidate
  • City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
  • Experience of supervising a team
  • Good people skills
  • Passion about food and customer service
  • Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Experience in a similar environment
  • High standards and quality driven
  • A ‘can do’ attitude
