The role is based in our modern American steak restaurant CUT at 45 Park Lane. Wolfgang Puck is a world renowned master chef and restaurateur whose name is synonymous with the finest in hospitality and the culinary arts.

Demi Chef de Partie role overview

  • The ideal Demi Chef de Partie will take pride working in Wolfgang Puck’s first restaurant in Europe, a modern American steak fine dining restaurant

  • Your help will be crucial in creating delectable dishes range from prime Wagyu beef to succulent lobster and creative salads

  • Together with the Chef de Partie or in absence, you will supervise all cooking personnel in your section. You will have the opportunity to sample, smell and observe food to ensure that recipes and standards are maintained

  • As a Demi Chef de Partie, you must be self-motivated and patient to train and develop other Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs
