The role of the Executive Chef is to supervise and control the catering services, the preparation of food to the required specification and quality. To provide a service for the client to the specification according to the client/ company agreement.

Liaising with client and senior managers
The role is ideal for those who wish to enjoy longer holiday periods, or who have school age children. Salary is paid in 12 equal monthly instalments.
