The role of the Sous Chef is to assist the Executive Chef in supervising and controlling the catering services and the preparation of food to the required specification and quality. To help provide a service for the client to the specification according to the client/ company agreement.
Assisting the Executive chef with all tasks, for example
Working within budget
Managing a team
Liaising with client and senior managers
The role is ideal for those who wish to enjoy longer holiday periods, or who have school age children. Salary is paid in 12 equal monthly instalments.
