Main responsibilities

We have a great opportunity for a Barista to come and join the team at our recently awarded contract at Oxford University.

You will be joining a team of dedicated individuals delivering a “best in class service”, and who will be at the forefront of a brand-new concept.

Being part of our Barista community, you will have a passion for serving a great coffee, but delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Ideal candidate

We will be looking for a self-starter someone who take’s the initiative, can communicate at all levels and can deliver an excellent customer service

Experience of working in a pure retail environment, Costa, Starbucks and an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Retail Skills or Customer Service.
