We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Chef De Partie to join our highly motivated and focused kitchen brigade of 6. The team produce outstanding, varied food for up to 800 daily, using the finest and freshest ingredients. At this prestigious contract based in Norwich, you will assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen and be responsible for stock taking and looking after HACCAP.Package description

As the Chef De Partie, you will have varied responsibilities; you will oversee and produce a wide range of food concepts from high volume staff dining requirements to menu planning and creating bespoke fine dining concepts for corporate functions.
