As our Group Manager, you will lead and develop your team of Catering & Cleaning Managers, within a geographical region (South of Stafford) to provide an exceptional service to our clients.
You will also manage client and stakeholder relationships whilst ensuring contractual compliance and adherence to company policies. Accurately review business performance and ensure the delivery of key financial targetsWhat we are looking for in applications are candidates that have senior management experience leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver results with experience of implementation of change programmes to deliver operational benefits.
Possess experience of working within brand guidelines to deliver results, experience in highly commercial and price sensitive markets and excellent communication and presentation skills.
