We have a great opportunity for an experienced Cleaning Manager to manager one of our high profile financial clients based in Yorkshire. You will be fully responsible for the cleanliness of the site which includes 2 large Head Offices one based in Leeds and the second in Bradford. Both office have over 1,000 colleagues on site and a number of Senior Management that are based within Leeds.

This role will give you the chance to manage multiple sites and work closely with the Facilities Operations Manager to deliver outstanding standards of cleanliness at a Hotel standard.  

You will have the support of a team of 20 experienced and motivated Cleaning Operatives. If you have cleaning management experience within a corporate or hotel environment then we would love to hear from you. 

Package description

Paying up to £28,000 dependent on experience

Main responsibilities

Within this role you will ensure a smooth day-to-day operation of the service, with compliance to industry standards and in line with health & safety legislation and requirements. Work closely with your team to train and develop them to the best of their ability. You will have experience managing your own P&L, ordering, reporting and carrying out first level HR duties and staff training requirements.

Ideal candidate

Must have previous management experience within a cleaning environment with a large team.

Excellent knowledge of the cleaning industry with Commercial Awareness

Good understanding of Health and Safety requirements

Staff management and delegation experience

Good communicator – written and oral

Adhere to business procedures and guidelines

Conscientious, punctual and extremely reliable

Enthusiastic and willing to be versatile with changing priorities

Excellent organisation skills, competent in I.T. i.e., Word, Excel, etc.
