Demi Chef De Partie OR Pastry Chef De Partie - 4* Hotel Cambridge

Hotel Felix in Cambridge is a stunning 4 star boutique hotel which has recently been awarded VisitEngland’s unique Gold Award in recognition of exceptional quality. With 52 bedrooms, 4 private function rooms and a two AA Rosette awarded restaurant, we cater for business and leisure clientele, weddings, fine dining and corporate events.

We require a highly motivated and dedicated Chef de Partie or Pastry Chef to join our team in this award winning Hotel.

The ideal candidate;

Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Rosette environment, preferably a 4 or 5* Hotel, as a CDP or Demi CDP

To understand the expectations and standards required at Rosette level

Loves working with fresh, seasonal and local produce

Able to work efficiently and effectively in all sections of the kitchen

Able to supervise and train junior members of the kitchen team

Have excellent attention to detail and a “can do” attitude, willing to go the extra mile for our guests
