We are looking to bring on board a talented Hospitality Manager, to come and join the team at Oxford Brookes University
You will be responsible for managing the current hospitality department on this contract but also to look at strategic commercial growth for the next 12months onwardsIdeal candidate
What we are looking for from applications are people that have come from a high-end hospitality background, someone who is well organised and has a strong commercial awareness, a proven track record of the management of budgets, labour costs and delivering against sales and profit targets.
We also would like candidates who have passion for mentoring, coaching and developing their teams to deliver operational success
