We have an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef/Chef Manager for one of education sites in Cambridge. The Sous Chef/Chef Manager  will be managing the kitchen in one of our sites

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous or chef manager  to work closely within a highly experienced and trained team of 11 staff.

You will work closely with the area chef manager  to oversee all daily operations within the unit. The sous chef will be preparing the highest standard of food for the breakfast and lunch service.  You will be catering for up to 150 hot meals per day as well as offering grab and go items e.g.sandwiches, baguettes and paninis etc

Package description

Sous Chef or Chef Manager

£18k - £24k  depending on experience, pro rata

 Mon – Fri, 40 hours per week, Term time only

Between Hours of 7am – 3pm

Free Car parking

  • Qualified to NVQ level1/2 in food preparation and cooking or equivalent
  • A team player with experience of supervising a team within a similar environment
