We have an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef for one of education sites in Cambridge. The Sous Chef will be managing the kitchen at Sawston Village College. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous to work closely within a highly experienced and trained team of 11 staff.

You will work closely with the area chef manager  to oversee all daily operations within the unit. The sous chef will be preparing the highest standard of food for the breakfast and lunch service.  You will be catering for up to 150 hot meals per day as well as offering grab and go items e.g.sandwiches, baguettes and paninis etc

Package description

Up to £14.50 per hour, depending on experience

 Mon – Fri, 40 hours per week, Term time only

Between Hours of 7am – 3pm

10 - 12 weeks holiday

  • A team player with experience of supervising a team within a similar environment
