We have an excellent opportunity for someone to join the dedicated Sodexo team at Brighton and Hove Football Club, this role involves overseeing the bars (approx. 15) ensuring they are always well stocked, clean, presentable and able to operate at a high standard. Ultimately this role has an impact on driving revenue for the bars by controlling stock, profits and performance.

£21,000 - £23,000 depending on experience + Benefits


Main responsibilities

During the week, the Club has various events and conferences therefore you will be required to ensure the bars are fully set up to open and operate for these events, ensuring the stock is at the correct levels, the rooms are set up in the correct way to accommodate our guests and any AV equipment is available. On busy match days, you will need to ensure all 15 bars are set up and ready to serve customers. The nature of this role is in the planning, thinking ahead and ensuring you communicate with various departments. This role requires someone who will ensure that all bars are ready to perform at a high level, from stock to equipment and presentation, ensuring they represent the high level of service Sodexo provides onsite whilst ensuring targets are met and profits are optimised.

Ideal candidate
  • Experience of working in a similar hospitality/bar environment.
  • Knowledge of stock requirements and bar operations
  • Ability to multi task and work across multiple areas
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer literate.
