Responsible for leading a team of 5 this is a high end, dynamic environment with opportunity for innovationstrong Site/Location strong Enfield or Muswell Hill&nbsp; London</p> <p><strong>Summary of Role</strong Our Chef Manager will be responsible for sustained Food Quality, efficient management of the Team on site. Responsible for managing a team and developing client relationships to deliver solutions and quality service in line with business objectives and company standards to achieve and maximise set targets strong Key Tasks &amp; Responsibilities /strong  Chef Manager &nbsp;you will be Proactive management of team. Responsible for recruiting, supporting, training and developing team in order to deliver an efficient, high quality service to Elior UK, customers and clients Responsible for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to ensure operational excellence Accountable for ensuring that all aspects of the Elior experience are communicated and embedded within the team supporting the service champion as appropriate Responsible for maintaining, ordering and controlling stocks within budget.Responsible for design of service/event (Inc.
