Sodexo  secured the contract to deliver on site services at Windsor Park Football Club and as such we are looking to recruit a new team to deliver our range of catering and hospitality services. This role involves working in a busy kitchen, working with the catering team and reporting through to the Head Chef.

Main responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering a consistent level of service, working within the agreed contract with the client to ensure an excellent standard of food is prepared and presented. You will work within budgets to ensure a prompt, efficient and service of all food whilst meeting all hygiene and safety requirements. In addition you will hold staff briefings before each event and maintain up to date training records ensuring all staff training is up to date. This is an excellent role for someone who has gained some experience in the kitchen but is looking to take their career forward.

Ideal candidate
  • Sous Chef experience
  • Food Safety Level 3
  • Ideally experience within large venues or contract catering
