We have an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef/Chef Manager for one of education sites in  Llandeilo Carmarthenshire. The Sous Chef/Chef Manager  will be managing the kitchen in one of our sites

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous  to move up the ladder to becoming a chef manager.  You will be managing 1 staff member

You will work closely with the area chef manager  to oversee all daily operations within the unit. The sous chef will be preparing the highest standard of food for the breakfast and lunch service.  You will be catering for up to 70 hot meals per day as well as offering grab and go items e.g.sandwiches, baguettes and paninis etc

Package description

Sous Chef or Chef Manager

£18k - £18500 depending on experience

 Mon – Fri, 40 hours per week,

Between Hours of 7.30am - 3pm

Free Car parking

You must have your own transport

Meals on duty
