We are looking for a talented and experienced Operations Manager to join our great team at this prestigious contract. We are looking for someone that can help further enhance our food & service offer working alongside the General Manager.

Main responsibilities
  • Manage the team to deliver an excellent catering service through great food and excellent customer service
  • Responsible for managing the delivery of food quality and creativity across the restaurant and event space
  • To ensure compliance with all statutory requirements
  • Effective control of costs and budgets
  • Introduction of new ideas to drive the service forward
  • Develop the existing teams’ knowledge and skills.
Ideal candidate
  • Must have an excellent knowledge and experience of working within the events and hospitality department
  • Have managed large teams and large functions
  • Excellent people management and communication skills
  • Proven experience in managing successful teams
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Very flexible in regards to working hours
  • Experience of leading and managing teams to deliver results
  • Able to work in a pressurised environment and be able to multi- task
  • Experience working with clients
  • Understanding of P&L accounts
