Due to us being successfully awarded region 5 of the Hestia Project, we have a great opportunity for a Sous Chef to come and join the new team at one of the contracts in Longbridge, Birmingham.Main responsibilities
You as the Sous Chef will have a varied role, you will supervise the delivery of the food service provision required utilising all available resources effectively and efficiently ensuring that all meals are provided to the required quality standards at the specified times
Plan food production and process orders via nominated systems and use the correct approved Compass vendorsIdeal candidate
You as the Sous Chef will have excellent culinary skills with an attention to detail, a team player with experience of supervising a team within a similar environment be qualified to NVQ level1/2 in food preparation and cooking or equivalent and be quality driven
