We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Helpdesk Advisor to join our team.Main responsibilities
As a member of the Helpdesk team this role is to handle incoming service requests from a number of clients and see them through to resolution, whilst providing exceptional customer service.
The process starts with our customers requesting facilities management assistance at one of their sites via a number of routes. These requests together with planned preventative maintenance activities are logged on the CAFM system then despatched to the relevant 14forty Field Workforce (this may be including approved contractors for action). On completion, the helpdesk team close the job on the system.Ideal candidate
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills and good telephone manner.
- Strong IT literacy skills.
- Good numerical skills
- Provides cover for other members of team if required
- Responsible for managing and prioritising own workload
- To work as a fully integrated member of a centralised helpdesk
