Main responsibilities

The key responsibilities for this contract are managing and developing a small and flexible workforce of 8 staff, whilst ensuring a smooth running of a high end catering operation. You will need to understand the retail aspect of the employee dining environment whilst focusing on the high-end corporate hospitality requirements within this corporate contract.
