As the Sous Chef your role will be varied within this high volume, fast paced and high end unit. You will supervise the delivery of employee dining where on average you will cater for around 3000 employees a day within a team of  14 chefs. Innovative and varied menu planning, health and safety and team development will all be part of your day to day responsibilities.

Main responsibilities
  • Catering for 3000+ people daily (breakfast, lunch and evening service)
  • Working in a team of 14, producing high end, exciting, high quality food
  • Developing, training and supporting staff
  • Creating innovative menu concepts ensuring they are on trend and delicious!
  • Adhere to H&S and F&H standards
  • Stock taking, ordering of stock etc
  • Deputise in the Head Chefs absence
