Head Pastry Chef
Our client is currently looking for a head pastry chef within a prestigious contract catering units based in the heart of the west end of London.
This role has the luxury of working Monday to Friday 7am-4pm with the occasional evening event work. Our client is a very well respected and recognised national contract catering company. They are passionate about what they do and have a reputation for valuing and investing in their people.
As the head pastry chef you will be working in a busy site catering for a discerning audience providing services to the Hospitality and directors dining and banqueting style functions
For all roles, head pastry chef will have excellent presentation and communication skills and be able to demonstrate a real passion for food and service and bags of enthusiasm.
Previous head pastry experience is not vital as this role may suit a pastry chef looking for a head pastry chef role for the first time. Your role will be managing all pastry menus along with gaining experience and working closely with the help of the head chef along with menu planning, stocks, health& safety, budgets, costings, health&safety / hygiene.

Hours are Monday to Friday straight day shifts 7am to 4pm but flexibility is required to meet the business requirements..
