Events Office Manager role overview:

  • The successful candidate will need to have good attention to detail and be able to coordinate and manage tasks such as; allocating events and groups according to individual managers work load, working with Opera on accommodation requirements,
  • They will also be in charge of organising and preparing client gifts, welcome cards and arrival amenities
  • The ideal Events Office Manager would have strong communication skills and telephone manners along with an ability to display professional salesmanship and positive sales techniques
