We are recruiting an experienced and enthusiastic Store and Logistics Manager to join one of our corporate contracts in Canary Wharf.

Main responsibilities
  • To manage the delivery process of all food and non food products, approx 30 pallettes daily.
  • To ensure all necessary Food Hygiene and H&S guidelines are adhered to
  • To manage and develop a brigade of 6, operating on differing shifts
  • To lead and to take ownership of the store area
  • To drive the stock hold to an efficient level
  • Profit Protection
  • H&S and Food Safety
  • Manual Handling
Ideal candidate
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Experience within a similiar high volume environment such as hotels/stadiums/contract catering
  • Strong understanding of back of house logistics
  • Strong understanding of food safety and health and safety
  • Perceptive leader with a real passion for building a strong team
  • Unprecedented attention to detail throughout all areas of operations
  • Flexible to change and able to react very quickly to change
  • Excellent communicating and people skills
  • A passion for service excellence, and a tenacious approach in the pursuit of your objectives
