A rare and exciting opportunity in this unique role at the UK’s leading ice sports and Entertainment facility. We are looking for an experienced catering Hospitality Manager to spearhead our event night hospitality experience and lead on our conference and banqueting events.

As Hospitality Manager you will need to have experience of stock management and invoicing as well as profound skills in upselling and pre-event planning including pre-purchasing of food and drink. You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and be a hands-on manager who is happy to work in a team as well as use your own initiative when required. You will be responsible for leading a large team and delivering top class catering in all aspects of the role. You will have experience in hospitality in large entertainment venues or high-quality hotels and be comfortable managing hospitality for large numbers. You will have excellent communication skills and be effective when dealing with our important clientele. You will have experience in managing the logistics of setting up and breaking down conference and banqueting events. You must have an excellent command of English and be polished and well-presented, always.
