We are currently have an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to join our team at ICM within Compass Group.

Working as a cleaner you will provide the highest level of cleaning services for our prestigious client based in London. Working in a hotel environment.

Main responsibilities
  • To monitor and conduct checks on all works carried out by the housekeeping staff, ensuring it is to the agreed standard.
  • Replenishing and checking mini bars in rooms
  • Correcting any issues in rooms and signing off once cleaned to the correct standards.
  • Overseeing any complaints, malfunctioning equipment and linen supplies ensuring any issues are reported to the head house keeper.
  • Competing daily, weekly and monthly tasks cleaning set out by the head housekeeper.
  • Ensuring all stock is replenished carry out all cleaning tasks in accordance with the schedule in place.
  • Attend staff meetings taking away actions regarding safety, security satisfaction and wellbeing of hotel guests.
  • Attending company training courses
  • Make all efforts to ensure we operate beyond expectations
Ideal candidate
  • You must have the ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.
  • Passion about customer service and working with the public
  • Have attention to detail and aspire to always provide the best service possible.
  • Previously cleaning/hotel experience is preferred however training will be provided.
