Hospitality services are looking for a dynamic individual who can lead and manage individuals and the wider Hospitality team. 

• Someone who has a Hospitality/Catering background.
• Good financial and administrative experience ideally in HE Sector.
• Experience in implementing performance management using systems, best practices which led to improvement.

You will take accountability for identifying process improvement initiatives in line with our policies and strategies. Your goal will be to quantify and realise operational efficiencies both in financial control and non-financial benefits. All process improvements will be based around either Customer Experience or internal processes.

You will also lead and manage the business development and performance within Hospitality. Taking the lead in the analysis, development and implementation of existing and new business processes that drive greater service excellence and cost efficiencies.  Ensuring that the key priority areas are delivered to the required times scales, budgets and to contribute to policy and development.

This is a full time, permanent vacancy and you will be expected to work on evenings and weekends as required with advanced notice.
