We have an opportunity for a talented Manager to join the team at our Costa Coffee unit based in Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge.Main responsibilities
This unit is one of our flagship operations, and has delivered year on year growth. You will be responsible for managing the Costa Coffee unit on site, achieving consistent high brand audit results, training and developing your staff to deliver a best in class service and be innovative in overcoming challenges.Ideal candidate
The type of applications that we would be interested in seeing, is individuals that have a proven track record of delivering profitable sales success within a retail environment.
Detailed experience in the mentoring and development of their staff, achieving consistent high audits outcome, profit protection, labour management and GP. Excellent interpersonal capability
