Are you an experienced Catering Manager who would love to work in a very prestigious venue based in South West London? Your role will be to lead a small team in an exciting business. Working in the Kingston Upon Thames area your team will consist of 2 chefs who are extremely experienced in this venue. There is also several general assistants who help with the preparation for every meal along with the service. The site is a seven day a week operation serving three meals a day, breakfast, lunch and an early evening meal. You will be catering for 65 - 100 people per day. As the Catering Manager your hours will be typically 9/10am - 6pm and no late evenings. The kitchen is a great size and has quality equipment. If you drive, there is free parking provided by the venue.

We are looking to recruit a Catering Manager, who ideally works in the 24/7 catering sector or has a hotel style background, as looking after the guests and their needs is a priority. Although this is mainly a front of house role you will also be required to go into the kitchen when needed. Assisting and leading the chefs in the kitchen will be required so great cooking skills are essential, which would be to a head chef level.

As the Catering Manager you will need to be well presented and polite with a real passion for food and people, who also wants to deliver the best to achieve the company's high standards. You will need to be a great leader and manage your team to success.
