We are currently recruiting for a Telephone Agent to join our team.
As a Customer Service Telephone Agent, you will be responsible for taking a high volume of inbound calls relating to all aspects of temporary recruitment and supporting with general enquires.Main responsibilities
- Answer calls in a friendly manor
- ensure all KPI's are met
- Work with the team to grow our casual work force
- this role has no sales calls but you must be of a persuasive nature and be able to control the flow of a conversation
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a Customer Service driven role, ideally telephone based and have the ability to communicate in a positive and professional way.
An excellent telephone manner and enthusiasm to provide excellent customer service is imperative for this role.
The centre is open from 07:00 – 17.30pm Monday to Friday with a shift pattern of alternative early (7am – 3.30pm) and late (9am – 5.30pm) shifts.About the company
