We have a great opportunity for a talented Patient Dining Manager to join our team at the Bupa Cromwell Hospital. They are an internationally renowned private hospital, based in central London, offering treatment for both adults and children.
Opened in 1981 as a state-of-the-art private facility for complex procedures and excellence in patient care. They have established a reputation for innovation and are continually investing in the world’s most advanced diagnostic and treatment technologies.Main responsibilities
On a day to day basis our Patient Catering Manager will plan, organise and control the departments operations ensuring a successful and efficient service is provided throughout the hospital. You will be involved in the recruiting and training of staff to ensure high standards are maintained within the departmentIdeal candidate
What we would be looking for in applications are:
- Level 3 Food & Safety
- Catering Management experience – ideally within a healthcare setting
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Good organisation skills
- Flexible and self-motivated
- Good IT skills
- Financial awareness
