Pryors is a stunning bespoke wedding and events venue which opened Spring 2017. ‘Pryors’ forms part of Pryors Hayes, an outstanding 18 hole course set in the heart of the Cheshire countryside just a short distance from Chester. The family owned business has significantly invested in Pryors Hayes expanding its existing golf and club house facilities to create 'Pryors' its exciting events space.
Following a hugely successful launch, ‘Pryors’ has already exceeded its targets for securing a vast number of weddings and functions for 2018 with bookings in place for 2019/20. We are now looking for a key member to build on its current success and continue to drive the business forward.
‘Pryors’ have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Events & Operations Manager to manage the venue and take overall responsibility for its operations, logistics, set up and planning to ensure seamless event delivery and exceptional customer service. You will also manage the day to day running of the busy clubhouse and hospitality of key golfing events.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and beverage and confident in delivering events for large numbers. You will also be a natural leader and experienced in managing a small team whilst having a 'hands on' approach and real eye for detail.
The Events & Operations Manager will assist with the sales and marketing of the venue, your enthusiasm and passion for delivering a polished event will ensure guests experience first class hospitality. Commercial and business acumen are essential to ensure budgets are managed and controlled effectively.
As the role is client facing we are looking for a positive confident person who works with flair and understands the importance of excellent customer service. Knowledge of the golfing environment is an advantage but not essential.
