We are currently looking for a dedicated Kitchen Administrator to provide efficient and effective support across all areas at Twickenham Stadium. You will be required to provide excellent service at all times to the relevant internal and external stakeholders and ensure the efficient running of the Kitchen Function at all times.

Main responsibilities

Your daily responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Preparing all Event day documentation by deadline, including Chef Packs for relevant area and creation of Allergen folders
  • Handling all pay related queries from the Chefs and liaise with Payroll department
  • Maintaining an accurate stock count and ensure a hard copy is recorded and filed
  • Attending meetings as directed for both Event day and Non-Event day, being able to take minutes as required
  • Assisting the kitchen team in stock control and ordering for events
  • Responding to the pace of the business in terms of speed of work and productivity
  • Observing and complying with all company and unit policies and procedures ensuring all team members are in adherence
  • Maintaining a comprehensive filing system
  • Creating reports and presentations upon request
Ideal candidate
  • Good verbal communication skills in order to be able to communicate at all levels and with a wide range of visitors
  • Previous experience in an busy administrative role or similar role a must
  • Industry awareness
  • Computer literate
  • Integrity and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Proven track record in planning, organisation and time management, working to strict pressured deadlines
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Assertive, calm and works well under pressure
  • Has an eye for detail
  • Can Do Attitude
  • Experience of working in environments involving high levels of customer care
  • Self motivated and ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Passionate about delivering a word class service

  • Experience of working in an environment where there are peaks and troughs in demand during service times
  • NVQ in office administration or business administration
