Technical Guest Services Assistant role overview:

  • The successful candidate will provide a 8-22h/7 days response service to ensure 99.95% up time of all guests’ systems
  • To support guests with Technical services and needs to enable a consistently outstanding guest experience needs
  • Good level of English required
  • Experience in hotels and customer interactions, or IT training is beneficial
