We are currently looking for a skilled Stock Controller to monitor and control the stock levels for all food and beverage products across the entire Twickenham operation.

Main responsibilities

Your daily responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Ensuring that all stock transfers to and from or between suppliers, internal units and departments are recorded and logged
  • Ensuring stock holding is kept to a minimum without affecting the service of Twickenham Experience Ltd (TEL) through accurate communication with the Line Manager and Co Managers
  • Monitoring and supporting the stock to cash variances or consumption values for match day and non match day events across Retail, Hospitality and C&E events and to report any discrepancies to the Line Manager 
  • Ensuring that the main cellar and remote cellars are sufficiently stocked with the correct stock levels and maintained to the correct standards as per company guidelines
  • Controlling and minimising of waste through effective stock rotation, stock holding levels and other systems that may be used in the future to support this function
  • Completing and keeping up to date all departments weekly financial stock control documents and once agreed and approved by line manager to send to the accounts department
  • Preparing forecasts, actuals and analyses of all food and beverage operations within the location as requested
  • Always acting in the best interests of the Company with regard to minimising costs and maximising revenue within the bounds of the Operations Contact
Ideal candidate
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in order to liaise with a wide range of clients, customers and colleagues
  • Previous stock controller experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Must have refined skills in public relations
  • Must have Typing skills, Windows XP, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Customer service focused
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Must be able to work in a large team environment
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a professional and positive attitude
