Executive Head Chef
Our client is currently looking for an experienced Executive Head Chef within one of the most prestigious contract catering units based in the City of London. This role is working Monday to Friday 7am-4pm with the opportunity for overtime.
As the Executive head chef you will be working in a busy site catering for a discerning audience providing services in staff food hall, hospitality and banqueting style functions. You need to have excellent presentation and communication skills and be able to demonstrate a real passion for food and service and bags of enthusiasm. Responsible for 20+ chefs over three kitchens. Overseeing very modern and busy staff restaurant and take away café along with the very busy hospitality and fine dining services.
Previous Executive head chef experience is not vital as this role may suit a Head chef looking for a Executive head chef role for the first time.
You will Be:
- Passionate about food and great service

- Need to be driven by excellence
- Ideally have NVQ level 1 and 2 in Professional cookery
- Demonstrate great attention to detail
- Have good Health & Safety knowledge
Hours are Monday to Friday straight day shifts 7am to 4pm but flexibility is required to meet the business requirements..
