We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager for our new Hide Restaurant. The role will be focused on managing and developing the team. You will be driving business growth through increasing sales and driving spends per head while looking at ways to increase covers. We are looking for a passionate individual, someone with ideas and enthusiasm to help drive the business forward.

Up to £20,000

45 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days a week.

Main responsibilities
  • Responsible for the successful day to day management of the restaurant
  • Manage, coach, guide & develop the front of house team
  • Continuously delivering great customer service & speed of service
  • Up selling techniques to increase SPH
  • Writing and implementing SOP
  • Meeting KPI goals
  • Management and motivation of staff
  • Hands on approach is essential
Ideal candidate
  • Waitressing skills within a similar, fast paced environment
  • Customer service skills
  •  Strong knowledge of budgeting and GP levels
  • Good understand of labour management
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety/Basic Food Hygiene qualification
  • Be a people person with a passion for delivering great  food & great service
  • A background in a quality customer service
  • Good communication skills
