We have a new role for a Sous Chef to join our team at Hever Castle.  A thirteenth century romantic, picturesque castle, once the childhood home of Anne Boleyn and is surrounded by magnificent gardens.

The stunning site caters as an unforgettable settings for weddings, conferences and meetings. We are therefore looking for an experienced Sous Chef to drive exciting, innovative menus and develop the talented chefs at this site.

Main responsibilities

You will provide a high quality, bespoke and personal culinary service to this beautiful venue. You will work in a team of 10, focusing on all conference and events requirements -  supporting retail as and when required. This venue accommodates 300,000 visitors a year - so be prepared for busy periods and variety in food expectations.  High volume, wide variety and lots of creativity are what to expect working in this spacious kitchen.
