Our client currently seeks a Front of House Supervisor, to be based in Slough at one of their key corporate client sites.
Previous experience in front of house in a hotel or a corporate office environment with a high focus on prompt and efficient service is essential. Initiative and forward-thinking is key to this role together with the following:
- Excellent communication skills; you will regularly be the first point of contact as you meet and greet visitors
- Proficient organizing; you will ensure meeting rooms are booked, with information timeously and accurately relayed the catering team and signage displayed accordingly
- Commercial awareness; part of your role will be to create awareness and increase the use of meeting rooms
- Effective leadership; you will be responsibility for the management and mentoring and 2 staff members
